Can we book and pay online?
Yes! Simply fill out our booking inquiry form and we'll respond promptly to confirm your date and provide secure payment information via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account and can pay with any major credit card once you receive our invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel at any time up to 72 hours before the booking date to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of your tour departure are non-refundable. Please bear in mind that all tours are weather dependent and forecasts only before accurate within a week of the charter date. Our main goal is to take you out on the best day possible within your range, but we do not cancel tours if the weather is just cloudy or showery. We only cancel tours if there is a storm or conditions that could potentially become dangerous. If we do cancel due to bad weather or a mechanical breakdown, you will receive a full refund.
Can we book directly from the Cruise Ship?
No. We do not work directly with any cruise ship companies. Please contact us directly to book your exciting sailing & snorkeling adventure at sea!
How do we get to and from the Cruise Ship dock?
We've got you covered. Door-to-door car service is included in the price for Cruise Ship Excusrions. We'll work with you to plan the day around your cruise ship schedule, ensuring that our driver gets you back with time to spare!
I'm staying on the island, can you provide round-trip transportation?
Yes! We are happy to arrange a driver for approximately $10-$30/PP round-trip. Prices depend on your location and number of people in your party.
What should I pack for a charter?
Honestly, you don’t need much besides your towel, swimsuit, a change of clothes, sunglasses and sunscreen. You may also wish to bring a camera, hat, swimsuit cover up and rashguard for snorkeling. We highly recommend mineral-based sunscreens (look for Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide) that are much less toxic for the reef and people alike, a total win-win!
Will I get seasick?
Our catamaran is very stable, however, if you are prone to motion sickness, or haven’t spent much time on the open water, there are several over the counter remedies you may wish to use or bring just in case. Be sure to read the package directions – some solutions, such as Dramamine, require taking the medicine an hour before you set sail.
Do you cater to specific diets?
Yes! We applaud your health conscious lifestyle and can accommodate vegetarian and gluten free diets. Remember to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at time of booking.
Is gratuity included?
No. The standard gratuity of 10-15% is not included, and greatly appreciated by our Captain & First Mate, who will wear many hats to ensure a that your day at sea is the BEST and most memorable day of your vacation.
