BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to confirm your booking we require payment in full via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account and can pay with any major credit card once you receive our invoice. All charter rates already include the 19% Honduran Sales & Tourism Tax.
You may cancel for any reason up to 14 days before the date/time of your charter to receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of your tour departure date and time are non-refundable.
If your cruise ship does not dock in Roatan or you are prevented from disembarking the ship, you will receive a full refund.
Please bear in mind that all charters are weather dependent and the decision to cancel for weather is at our sole discretion. We do not cancel charters if the weather is just cloudy or showery. We only cancel if there is a storm or conditions that could potentially become dangerous. If we do cancel due to bad weather or a mechanical breakdown, you will receive a full refund.
